Terms of Service

1. What SeenWithin is

SeenWithin is a relational intelligence platform — not therapy, counseling, or professional mental-health support. Our tools provide language and perspective that may help you reflect on relational patterns. They are not a substitute for professional advice, and they are not a diagnosis, a compatibility determination, or a prediction about any relationship.

If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact emergency services rather than relying on SeenWithin.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SeenWithin. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your responses and data

Your assessment responses and personal information remain yours. You give SeenWithin permission to process them to generate your reports, maintain your account, and improve the Service — as described in our Privacy Policy.

SeenWithin does not sell your data to third parties.

4. Relational Maps and shared information

When you invite someone to create a Relational Map, your relational archetype is shared with them as part of the pairing process. Your private Portrait and individual assessment responses are never shared with your Map partner.

Both people must independently complete their own Portrait before a Map is generated. Participation is always voluntary.

5. Intellectual property

SeenWithin retains all rights in the Service, including its assessments, frameworks, archetypes, methodology, report structures, software, and designs. Reports generated for you incorporate both your personal responses and SeenWithin's proprietary frameworks. Your responses remain yours — SeenWithin retains ownership of the underlying frameworks, methodology, and AI-generated interpretive content in your reports.

You may access, download, and share your reports for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, reverse engineer, or use SeenWithin materials to create competing products or services.

6. Payment and refunds

The Free Snapshot is free. The Relational Portrait is $39 — a one-time payment. The Relational Map unlocks automatically when both people in a pairing have completed their Portraits, at no additional charge.

Payments are processed by Stripe. SeenWithin does not store your payment card details.

Because Portraits are personalized and generation begins immediately after purchase, purchases are non-refundable once generation has begun. If a technical problem prevents you from accessing your report, contact us and we will make it right.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use SeenWithin to:

• —violate any law or another person's rights;
• —impersonate another person or complete assessments on their behalf without permission;
• —attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or private information;
• —scrape, reverse engineer, or systematically extract SeenWithin content or methodology; or
• —use SeenWithin materials to develop or create a competing assessment, relational product, or commercial service.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

SeenWithin is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that reports will accurately describe every aspect of you or a relationship, or that using SeenWithin will produce any particular personal or relational outcome.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SeenWithin's total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid SeenWithin in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) $100. SeenWithin is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of SeenWithin after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
